RAP PROCESS

A Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is a document that is endorsed by Reconciliation Australia (RA) and formalises your reconciliation journey. 

 

We provide an end to end RAP development and implementation service.

Our Reconciliation Action Plan Service Includes;

  • RAP exploration and mapping

  • Co-design and objective setting

  • Draft entire copy for the RAP

  • Design and branding of the RAP

  • Formal Endorsement by (RA)

  • Implementation of RAP deliverables post endorsement (ongoing consultation)

Our team will ensure that your development exhibits Aboriginal cultural design principles specific to the local Traditional Owners including but not limited to structural elements influencing the facade and public art on fixed assets.

We blend neuroscience and cognitive behavioural principles with Aboriginal wisdom to allow you to engage and build more effective connections with Aboriginal People, Businesses and Communities.

Yarnnup's training is not a history lesson but rather a relationship development program.
